We Just Signed Lease on Our Condo

Long story ,

My husband has a house in Frederick Maryland., 3 years ago it appraised at 340,000. Well when the bottom dropped out of the market the value went to 125,000. Alans x Wife had been living there rent free , so we asked her to help us pay , well , not only where e payine her mortgage of 2500 a month we where paying our rent of 3500 a month.

We just coulld not come up with the money as I just became disabled and my money went from 2200 a month to 1300. So we are being forced to do short sale . Well she is not copperating by letting people in to see the home. Well in the mean time , I had been in a car accident 3 years ago , I was hit sitting still by a mini van going about 80 miles a hour , I have had one surgery , I am on pain managment l we took then to court and I won a ver large sum.

So we went to the owners of the condo - offered the 6 months worth payments and they took it .

God is so good , We where scared we where goibg to be homeless, And to top it off , the Attorneys handling the forecloer also works for Hud. Our SOn is severly handicappd and they canworkout a dealw here he can stay and thy will rent the house to them based on his income ... NOW TELL ME GOD IS NOT GOOD @ !!

We move at the end of next week . The Condo is beautiful and all we need . .
