The Potato Salad Theory
There once was a conference being held by a group of scientist, at a convention center, in a city in the U.S. , on how the earth came to be. They called it "The Big Bang Conference". One day during the three days that the conference was being held, two scientist came across a little boy who had posted up a stand selling potato salad outside the convention center during their lunch break.
Curious the scientist approached the boy and asked what he was doing. In reply the boy said,"I'm selling potato salad sir." The boy continued by asking the scientist what they were doing here, and they replied," Why, we're here for the Big Bang Conference it's where all us scientist get together and discuss how all the atoms and what nots came together by themseleves and caused the big bang which made the earth ,all the other planet, and life it's self." The boy said "WOW! That's interesting. Would you two like to have some potato salad? I'll give you a sample for free."
Not willing to pass up a free meal the scientist happliy except the boy's offer. Once they both taste the Potato Salad, they are blown away by the taste. They quickly inquire to the boy, "Son this potato salad is incredible. Who made it?" The boy replied, "It made it's self."
The scientist put down their bowl and stare at the lad for a moment and see that he's being serious. They then reply,"Son there is no way that all the potatoes, the seasoning, and anything else in this incredible and unique creation, came together by themselves and made this. That's insane, someone had to have had made it!"
The boy looked up at them with a smirk on his face and said," That's what you believe about the earth."
Both scientist jaw dropped.

This is a story to be rememered, to be used in SS classes to let others know sometimes a child can say it better than anyone else . . . "out of the mouths of babes".

If the Big Bank is right, where did all the atoms come from in the first place. There had to be something there to cause the explosion.
