There once was a woman who every morning woke up, opened her bedroom window, and prayed to God thanking Him for all that He's done for her. Now her neighbor, a devout atheist, bedroom window was right across from hers and every morning he would wake up and read the paper in the recliner in his room. Only to be disturbed by what he called, "His neighbors pointless babbling".
Well one month the woman fell on bad times. She lost her job, money was low, and there was no food in the house for her and her kids. So one morning she got up and prayed to God that she needed food in the house and she read off a list all the things she need. Now like always her neighbor was up reading his paper and her pray caught his ear. He thought to himself "This is it! My chance to prove to her that there is no God. I'm going to buy all she needs and prove God doesn't exist."
So he wrote everything she listed, got dressed, went to the store, and bought everything she needed and then some. The next morning he got up early and placed all the groceries at her front door, rang the doorbell, and hide around the corner. The woman opened the door and when her eyes took hold the sight of all the groceries in front of her...she immediately started jumping around praising and thanking God.
Now hearing her shouts of praise, her neighbor came from around the corner laughing saying, "It wasn't God it was me. I bought all this for you!"
But to his surprise. She didn't stop praising and just gave one big shout saying...
"GOD YOU GAVE ME ALL THAT I ASKED & MORE,AND YOU USED THIS HEATHEN TO DO IT!"
End
God uses earthly vessels to dispense His blessings, and sometimes the blessing won't come in the form that you think it will. Be open and don't let you mind limit God and you miss out on what you've been waiting for. Alot of the world missed out on God when Jesus was on this earth, because He didn't fit the image that was in their head. Be Blessed
