Hi there Linda

I believe you are right in many ways to be cautious. I believe that any place, whether physical or in a cyber community such as this, where God is at work you will always get a counter force. This may be a satanic force or simple a man made force. I have seen god working within the people on this site, but I have also seen people out to build themselves up rather than each other or God.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a really bad experience with an individual. It does seem that they have issues within themselves that need dealing with rather than the church being in as bad a state as they make out. I'm really glad that you have been able to see god's hand at work in all of this and i Praise the Lord with you for that. The vast majority of people that I have come accross on this site have been wonderful, loving, caring Christians who are supportive, encouraging and inspiring. However, as with all Christian communities there are a few that are what I would call "Grace Growers". In other words I need God's Grace to deal with them and not let my human nature take over.

I hope, in your own time, you will get involved in this community and that God will use you and bless you, encourage you and challenge you through it. I won't invite you to be my friend as I understand your caution, but please know that anytime you want to add me I'm here to accpet. Also if there is anything I can do to help now or in the future just let me know.
