please don't call Joseph Joe, he has told me in a private message that he doesn't like it as that was what his family called him and he has left that behind. I know I started it, but I don't want us making him feel uncomfortable as he is doing so well. Hope you didn't mind me mentioning it. You'll notice I've now started calling by his full name and not Joe. I must admit we English do have a bad habit of shortening names.
