How to acquire Wisdom
Isn't it funny how most of us do what we think is the correct way to acquire wisdom and how much we confuse it with knowledge? All of us have acquired knowledge through our life experiences and through that knowledge have gained wisdom concerning different things in life.Proverbs 1:7a says, "Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge....." This is where to begin when we embark in our journey for wisdom and the understanding comes from God Himself. Proverbs 2:6, "For the Lord grants wisdom! From His mouth come knowledge and understanding." God is an awesome mentor, to say the least, and the greatest teacher of them all. He always gives all the tools for the trade in which He uses us.
This is a great place to be able to express what truly lies in our hearts, thank you for the opportunity.

I agree that this is a great place to be able to express what trully lies deep in our hearts, To me that is the True Wisdom of God !!! To trully be able to quiet ourselves and "Be Still and know that I AM GOD" !!!! Silience, being still is a big challenge in this world of Go Go Go, Get it while you can. Run Run Run, Stronger, Higher, Faster !!!! The World's way. But to make the CHOICE to Follow God is not that to me --- The Way, The Life and The Truth lies in Jesus Christ --- Thats True Wisdom and with that comes God's Truth, Knowledge, Understanding through SLOWER -- WEAKER -- LOWER -- We are all sinners, broken, wounded and in need of God's Unconditional Forgiving Love -- God's wonderful gifts of his Son, Love, Mercy and Grace !!!
May all of us continue to Share our hearts and be That Wonderful Light of Christ for all.

I read somewhere that "Wisdom comes from obedience, not knowledge"... I believe that we can acquire wisdom of we obey the One who is. As indeed Prov. 1:17a says,fear of the Lord, holy reverent fear, leads us to obey Him and that gives us the wisdom we need.

We acquire Wisdom by applying the Knowledge that we have ( about His Word)...
