Cecelia, remember the good times.  Suicide is so hard on everyone, but he really believed that he would be ending his own pain and possibly making it easier on the rest of you because he was in so much pain.  I tried suicide more than once so I understand just how low you can go and how easy it can be to hide that pain from everyone.  Praying for you and yours.

Hello, I'm new in this community and I'm very happy to have found this site.

I really need prayers and support from God.  My brother, passed away suddenly last month.  Well, actually he was really depressed and hang up himself in the closet.  Our family including me are really shocked and still can't recover from the pain.  My brother was living with his wife about an hour away where we live and nobody knew he was in medication.  He was a very giving , kind and always worrying about us. He was loved by everybody...

We found out that he was taking many kinds of medication...  He was not Christian, but always asking me about God.  My brother's name is Victor.

Please keep him in his prayers that God will be with him and to help us understand why this has happened.  I really need God because I'm still in pain.

The news coming out of Japanis horrorific and the tsunamis heading for Hawaii and the west coast of the US.  Please pray for all the people that have been affected or will be!

You have to think of it as when an older person has a stroke, things come back, but slowly.  Prayers continueing

Thanks to all of you who are helping us with prayers to our Father. I want to report to you that she is doing better today and I am not pressuring her to test her memory as she needs to rest that way but I have seen no indication yet today of memory loss. If it is there I have not seen it. I do think she is improving but her head still hurts and I am trying to keep her doing quiet calm things or laying down. I am her primary caretaker today while her mom is in school. Please continue to pray for her. The doctor said it could be a couple weeks for her to be back to normal. She was so confused last night and I do not see that today. Bless all of you for your caring.

Leslie, do not worry about where you put it, just am so grateful that you got it out to us, and we will be lifting her and all of you up in prayer.

 

Father, you know how it is with children, you would rather take the suffering on yourself that watch your child go thru this.  Please Father, reach out and touch this little one and thru her, the rest of the family.

Dear Heavenly Father, you are in control of our lives and even though there are times we like to think we control our own destiny it is in fact you Lord. Lord I lift up Leslie’s 6 year old granddaughter to you and pray that you Lord will allow her to have a full recovery from her head injury. Lord you know what’s best for each and everyone one of use, because you created us. Lord I pray that you prepare the family to accept whatever you have planned for this little precious girl.

                God, when we experience scary moments like this in our families, we begin to see and feel what you went through when you gave up your only Son for us to die on the cross so that we can be saved. God! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God. - 2 Corinthians 1:3,4

                Lord we surrender all our fears and uncertainties to you Lord and pray that you take the wheel and guide us on the path of righteousness! We pray this in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit amen

Consider it done Leslie.  As for the right place to put the request, we all often mix things up on here, so as long as the request gets through it doesn't really matter where, but I think this is the most appropriate.

Sister Leslie I will prayer for your Grand Daughter. I have a Grand Daughter too. So I know how you feel...... she will get fast healing touch by our LORD JESUS. GOD bless you&Familys. <:>< mia
