Max has a set of Bible study books, Life Lessons, that are fantastic, I am collecting all of them.  You can order them from Amazon.

The more I read the Bible, the more confused I get. I am grateful for your easy to read and understand books, and for your NCV Devotional Bible. These are a great encouragement to me. Do you have any advice about daily Bible reading? Maybe I am trying to read too much at once. I obviously love the scriptures on love, grace, mercy, hope, etc. I find the New Testament easy to read, but I find some of the Old Testament stories a bit hard to read (a bit depressing). I know I need to read all of the Bible but it can be overwhelming. Do you have any advice?

Thank you Pastor Max.

What do you consider to be the most important First Steps for a new believer?

9yrs ago I had an abortion. Since then, I gave my life to the Lord. I know I am forgiven, I have forgiven myself. My question: is it wrong to ask God to tell my child in heaven that I love it, & ask Him to let me dream of that child, see what he/she looks like, & know its name? Twitter @crystalfaile06

In second Peter 3 :10 it says "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."  Isnt fire an element? How is fire going to consume fire?? Maybe its a dumb question but Im just curious..

Hi Max, I am overly excited that I found you site. I love all of your books. I am dealing with trying to guide my 24 yr old nephew into a relationship with Crist. He is asking how to believe. I would appreciate any guidance. He just had a serious heart atack about a month ago and we almost lost him. I do not want to let this chance to help him past.

Thank you Melanie

Max, what would you recommend to someone who gets restless being in one place for too long; likes helping others; and wants to help spread the word of Christ?  I feel as though God has something big planned for me and I'm still trying to figure it out.  I love to travel and I'd love to go to other areas and help others in the name of The Father.  I'm not a member of any church, but I know I need to get out there and do something.  I feel as if my biggest problem is taking that leap of faith.  What would you suggest?

Is there any more prophecy that is yet to occur before Christ returns for the Saints?
