Does anyone have trouble focusing on prayer and devotionals? It seems lately, that I have been having that problem. There is alot going on in my life and I just cant relax. Any suggestions?

Comment by gary bob scott on May 16, 2011 at 11:43am: My daughter has POTS Syndrome....she must drink only water...it affect the circulation among oter things...exercise every day to keep from losing muscle tone...very strange...affect a lot of teenagers...mostly girls...who grow to fast...or from a viral infection...tires out easily...pulse rate increases 30 beats from just standing up...thank you for the prayers...hope your coffee is hot...gary
