If God is outside of time and know's what we want before we even ask it will God answer prayer after the fact? What I mean is this... If I promise to pray for someone for their operation or exam at 2.00pm and forget all about it, if I pray at 4.00pm for that exam will God answer that prayer? He knows at 2.00pm that I will pray for the situation at 4.00pm so will He answer it at 2.00pm?

Good Morning,
All of our answers were granted at Calvary. People tend to forget that prayers are compassion and in the moment we pray for someone, God is present in that prayer. Prayers are timeless because miracles are as well.
The miracles we see happen are about us because we are the miracle. so no matter the outcome of any prayer, God'sc will was done and the miracle is always present.
Blessings,
