Are you asking if such a thing exists today there are certainly many who would say yes. To get a number of how many would may not be knowable. I'm also certain there will be those who say this absolutely cannot be true - that once we had the Bible the need for visions and dreams ceased. They will be more sure about these things not happening any more than those who claim they still occur. The majority of the instances, however, will be from those who imagine a vain thing out of their own heart and mind.

The JOB33:14-30. The GOD give us the Dreams and the Vision, the people believe or not. don`t forget that there is 3different Dreams, (1) the Dream from the GOD, some time the LORD want us to do some thing, example: we do some time with out of think, we do sin against GOD, HE want you to confessing your sin, because HE love`s you and have a followship with you, (ref: proverbs16:2). (2) the Dream from satan, when he gave you a Dream, you can fine out, if the Dream come from the LORD, it speaking the WORD, with out of the WORD, it not come from the LORD, then you know who!.(3)the Dream that you cause to have a Dreams(ref:Ecclesiastes5:3, 5:7)this is what the LORD teaching me about the Dreams and Visions. i didn`t asking about what you said on the comment, i asking if you have the Dreams(i think most people having a dreams) how you dealing with your own Dream or the Visions, that was my discussion. <:>< mia

Well, my experience is not common. I 'know' before it happens. Several angelic saves. Several visions. Each was true and happened, so there is no doubt in my mind the source for them. I don't put much stock in dreams - visions are always while awake - so that's the main difference - they are more lucid and real and leave no doubt on the topic.

Dreams can come from the sub-conscious and mean nothing more than trying to resolve a problem in our daily life.

Hi there, I know of a certain Pastor who operates in the gift of prophecy(with dreams & visions), if you check his website, he normally gives prophetic message at the end of the year (Dec 31 service). Check this out and see for yourself, http://www.dlcc.org.sg/Prophecy/prophecy2010.htm.
I hv attended his service and I hv seen prophetic message came to pass, meaning its a valid message from God.

I wouldn't worry about what he said, at least I'm not. My daughter used to attend a pentecostal Church and the pastor would carry on quite a bit, as we can see many pentecostals do. Don't be surprised if it's far worse than this preacher said.
